These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rhonda application and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"), owned and operated by Rhonda Works, Inc. ("Rhonda", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Data Ownership and Your Content

You retain all ownership, right, title, and interest in and to the data, information, media, construction documents, and other content that you upload, input, or generate within the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content. You hereby grant Rhonda a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and process Your Content solely for the purposes of providing the Service, offering technical support, and ensuring the operational functionality of the Service. We expressly will not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Customer may use the Service to support its own internal operations and to power products and services Customer makes available to its own customers and end users. Customer is responsible for ensuring that any use by its customers and end users complies with these Terms, and for all activity under its account.

2. Privacy and Data Handling

Our commitment to protecting your privacy is detailed in our Privacy Policy. The key principles of our data handling practices are as follows:

Data Collection

We collect personal information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and company details, as well as the media content you provide for your projects and reports. All data is collected exclusively through your direct input into the Service.

Data Use and Intellectual Property

Your Content is used exclusively for your benefit and is protected as follows:

Service Provision: Your Content is used solely to provide and maintain the Service for your specific instance and is never sold to any third party.
Data Segregation: Our platform is architected with strict, programmatic controls to prevent any data crossover between customers, ensuring your information remains separate and confidential.

Data Retention and Deletion

Rhonda retains Your Content only for as long as necessary to provide the Service to you. Upon termination of these Terms, or upon your written request to [email protected], Rhonda will delete Your Content within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by applicable law or where copies exist in automated backup systems, which will be deleted in accordance with Rhonda's standard backup rotation schedule. Rhonda will confirm deletion in writing upon request.

3. Security

We have implemented and maintain robust administrative, physical, and technical security measures designed to protect Your Content and personal information.

Authentication and Access Control

Primary Authentication: The Service utilizes Firebase for email/password authentication and requires token validation for every data request.
