These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rhonda application and its associated services (collectively, the "Service"), owned and operated by Rhonda Works, Inc. ("Rhonda", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
You retain all ownership, right, title, and interest in and to the data, information, media, construction documents, and other content that you upload, input, or generate within the Service ("Your Content"). For clarity, Your Content excludes any materials owned by Rhonda or third parties that are incorporated into content, reports, or outputs generated by the Service, including Third-Party Licensed Content as defined below. We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content. You hereby grant Rhonda a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and process Your Content solely for the purposes of providing the Service, offering technical support, and ensuring the operational functionality of the Service. We expressly will not use Your Content to train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Customer may use the Service to support its own internal operations and to power products and services Customer makes available to its own customers and end users. Customer is responsible for ensuring that any use by its customers and end users complies with these Terms, and for all activity under its account.
The Service and its reports and other outputs may include excerpts of model codes, standards, and related materials owned by or licensed to third parties, including the International Code Council, Inc. ("Third-Party Licensed Content"). Third-Party Licensed Content is owned by its respective licensors and protected by copyright. No ownership of Third-Party Licensed Content is transferred to you.
If Rhonda authorizes you to access Third-Party Licensed Content through the Service, you may access, reproduce, and distribute individual code sections solely as presented within reports and other outputs generated by the Service. Those reports and outputs may contain multiple code sections from the same title, and you may print them for your business and project purposes.
Except as expressly permitted above, you may not: (a) reproduce or distribute any title included in Third-Party Licensed Content in its entirety or substantially in its entirety; (b) extract, compile, or aggregate excerpts to recreate any such title in its entirety or substantially in its entirety; or (c) remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notice included with Third-Party Licensed Content.
Only users authorized by Rhonda and bound by these Terms may access Third-Party Licensed Content through the Service. You may distribute permitted reports and outputs to your customers or end users, but you must ensure they comply with the restrictions in this section, and you remain responsible for their compliance.
